Report on Meeting with project management yesterday: They discussed how best
involve DOE in detector review.

How to spend $30k: Some money could be spent on FDC and CDC prototyping.

Final collaboration meeting arrangements: Make sure we have all facilities
and refreshments lined up.

Design report: Need to update the CDR.

BCAL: Build outside or inside the magnet?

Cherenkov: Discussion over what is needed in a Cherenkov detector. A DIRC
is estimated at $3M just for parts. Additionally, assembly would require a
class "10" cleanroom and a large labor. Could we gain by using an aerogel
detector in conjunction with a traditional gas Cherenkov.
