Summaries: Elliott reported that a reorganization of the
one page summaries is taking place

Cherenkov options:Elton initiated a discussion of the Cherenkov
detector like the DIRC used by BaBar. We really need to look at
the Cherenkov design since the gas system has an efficiency
dip in the exact wrong place of the momentum spectrum. Any type
of ring imaging detecting system will cost significantly more than
a gas system. With a new system, we have more trigger possibilities.

Gas System: Detector group has taken responsibility for gas system.
A preliminary report was requested by the time of the collaboration
meeting next month.

Grounding/AC power: Chris is working on a preliminary budget. He
is coordinating with several others to implement a grounding plan
based on a heavy copper grid which is buried under the concrete in
the floor of the hall.
