0. Announcements:
Friday Alex, Curtis, George and Elton will be onsite for a meeting
with Christoph.

There will also be a meeting with Civil on Friday 
afternoon. The meeting is organized by Rusty Sprouse at 1:15. The
purpose will be to define what an A&E firm would do to begin
the whole 12GeV upgrade.

B. Cross and Stan approached Elton with interest in working on the
gas system for the DC.

1. Clas-Note 91-019. Chris needs list of major power requirements,
(magnet, HV ,...). He also needs a list of places for where clean
power will be needed. Needs number of channels/detectors for review.

HallB had a rebar grid layout before concrete was poured that is
grounded. 

2. DAQ works (again). Tried improving the grounding system with 
mixed results. Swapped out a lot of preamp boards. Have ArCO2 on
FDC prototype.

3. Detector Matrix. No current distinction between charge at device
and charge at electronics.
