Magnet: Larry has signed the PR for the cold shock test. This will be
counted against us in next year's budget. Paul described some of the
test parameters and said they could be performed during the last week
of July.

Vertex Detector studies: Dave reported on the progress of current
HDFast studies of the vertex detector. He showed a few recent plots.
Some suggestions were made and Dave agreed to work on them with Ed
and Curtis.

CDC tracking: Dave has written a circle parameterization routine
which can be used to find starting parameters for fitting CDC
tracks. He's communicated some with Curtis who has done a lot of
work on this topic for the crystal barrel. Work will continue here
with a low level of priority for now.

Detector Review: Elton showed the premliminary schedule for the
upcoming detector review (Oct. 20-22). The schedule was extended
to 2 days of presentations. Everyone was asked to think about how
the time should be allocated and what additional topics should be
added.
