1. Alexander gave an overview of the work he's been doing recently
to incorporate the Upstream Photon Veto into HDGeant. See his
slides at: http://hadron.physics.fsu.edu/~ostrov/upv/.
The UPV has been defined using the hdds XML-based package in which
all of the rest of the HDGeant geometry is defined. Structures
have also been added to HDDM to hold the output data from HDGeant,
both digitized values and cheat codes.

2. Postponed due to lack of time.

3. David reported adding a debug_level attribute to all factories
   which is set via environment variables. This initiated a discussion
	about a more general logging system. The discussion had to be cut
	short due to lack of time. This topic will be brought up again
	at a future meeting.
