The following must be contacted and approved before servicing Filters. Contact James Brock- Ext.7860 LOCK-OUT OVERHEAD CRANE Turn Off Target Chiller 1-Isolate Supply/Return Ball Valves from Chiller Manifold. 2-Close Valve between Filter and Heat Exchanger 3-Attach Bleeder Coupling to Port and Bleed off residual pressure. 4-Un-screw canister bolt and remove Filter housing. 5-Pour water and used filter into 5 gal. bucket,(save for RADCON). 6-Inspect Teflon Seal,(o-ring) for damage. 7-Install new filter into Filter Canister. 8-Tighten Canister bolt making sure Housing does not twist while tightening. 9-Slowly open Supply Ball Valve on Chiller Manifold with Bleeder Coupling still in place. 10-When all air is out of system, disconnect Coupling. 11-Check for leaks. 12-Open Return Ball Valve on Chiller Manifold 13-Open Valve between Filter and Target Chiller.
