The GlueX Experiment is a project that will run at the Jefferson Laboratory in the near future (ca. 2010). Research and development work for this experiment began in 1998 and has been progressing swiftly with the addition of new groups to the collaboration and the awarding of Critical Decision 0 by the Department of Energy. Therefore, it is timely to introduce a centralized document database to store the collaboration’s technical notes, images, drawings, videos, etc., and one that will cover our needs for the duration of the project (2010-2020). This application, termed GlueX DocDB, is described herein.
