Abstract:

This talk lays out the physics goals of the GlueX experiment,
and then discusses how the detector as a whole allows us to
achieve these goals. It includes discussion of Calorimetry,
Tracking and PID as well as results of Monte Carlo work on
both acceptance and Partial Wave Analysis in GlueX.
