Minutes

1. Will need strait track data
2. Status of the TAC detector is unclear. Current state may not be sufficient to make a 5% flux calibration.
3. There are 2 diamonds available for the running: 20um and 50um, which diamond to use/start needs to be determined
4. The thin converter will be used for pair spectrometer/ triple pol.
5. Survey of the goniometer is needed.
6. System Readiness is reset and hot checkout of all equipment is required and done within the next 2 weeks.
7. Strait track running is requested.
8. Test TRD detector operation requested for second part of the running period.
