The run tracking sheets are meant to aid shift takers in keeping track of what they are doing. They are not meant to be an archival record of data taking, but have been used to reconstruct shift activities when the official record is unclear.

Printing New Sheets

On any gluon node:

  1. Log in as user hdops.
  2. Type: print_blank_run_tracking_forms

You will be prompted for the starting run number, the number of sheets, and the printer to use. Press <enter> to accept defaults.

Physical Archive

There is a binder on the shelf in the Counting Room with the filled out sheets. The spine is labeled.
