| Description | Use Doxygen or ROOT's THML to generate online documentation for JANA. This should probably be done for the all of the 0.6.X generation of releases. | ||||

| Additional Information | ROOT's THTML has long suffered from not being able to handle templated classes. This seems to be a CINT issue and will require intervention on their part to correct. Doxygen seems to be a little more robust, but doesn't have some of the nice features of the ROOT pages. | ||||
