Vardan and I decided to begin using CodaObject framework for the farm processes themselves.

Vardan has made a farm manager CODA component. There were some issues encountered when it was first tested and have not been resolved. A different mechanism was developed for the Fall 2014 engineering run for monitoring. This issue will likely need to be reopened later, but it being closed for now in order to clear out the queue so we can focus on issues that came up from the engineering run.
