Attached are pictures of the blocks installed. They went in with
minimal filing needed. I did need to make up some gap under them due
to the amount the boards flex, so I used the band of a wire tie. this
worked well as it adds some spring load to the underside of
blocks. Everything is held in with wax string.

Nick agreed that all looked well and the boards are now
immobile. Hopefully, this will fix the problem. But the fit may need
to be adjusted if the Wire shrink wrap on the single strands is
addressed later.
