April 11,2012 e-mail from Curtis regard RMP for Software Review

The following is an e-mail Curtis sent on April 11th, 2012

Hi Everyone -

  late Monday afternoon, I spoke with Rolf about the Research Management Plan.
During that discussion, he said that it was something that DOE wanted and that
it was not something that he expected would take very long to put together. I then
pointed out that we were working on the relevant information for both our software
review documentation and our up-coming PAC proposal, so it would be a lot easier
to put together after these were done. It would then be a cut-and-paste job.

  With that, we agreed that I would come up with a draft in May after the rest of the material
was done, but in time to give to the review committee.
