RC summary October 7 - October 13, 2021

In general, it was a very productive week with no major issues and we took good quality data. During this week, the PrimEx production on Helium target started with first the target cell empty at room temperature and then cooled down. The target filling took much longer than expected. When the target was filled we took data with the CDC and FDC and no magnetic field at 100 nA and 200 nA. Then, we turn on the magnetic field on during the accelerator reconfiguration for Hall A. Both chambers were turned on. We started with a CDC HV scan that was more tricky than expected as BCAL is not in trigger. We just took scan for 45 min instead of 10 min to take into account the reduction of the number of traks in the data set. The CDC HV scan data set can be used for physics analysis. The FDC HV was adjusted to try to resolve unfortunately unsuccessfully hot channels. A raw mode and probably a hall access will be needed. Apart of that, we start the PrimEx production with the B-field and He target filled at 200 nA. The B-field effect looks promising.
