Since the morning meeting
- fa125 replaced for FDC
- fa250 replaced for FCAL
- Filled the target
- 11am update from Igal: 2.2B triggers for empty target, 15.4B triggers for full
Updates from the last 24h
- FDC fadc replaced
- BCAL fadc replaced
- MCC created a new energy lock for us
- No maintenance on the MCC schedule. Halls A&C coming online later today (pm - swing).
Issues
- FCAL hotspot swamping the daq 7:30am
- BCAL dead channel 7:30am
- Another FDC fadc roc 62 slot 8
- FDC occupancy gap

Updates from the last 24h
- Emptied the target on Monday morning.
- Smooth running until 6am this morning BCAL fadc problems excluded from daq
- No maintenance scheduled from MCC. HA down until estimated 9pm tonight, HB down, HC reconfiguring until tomorrow swing. The cavity with 0 field will be brought back online today.
Issues
- Rootspy died. (Sergey fixed it)
- Reconstructed Beam Energy monitoring plot discrepancy in recent runs (Drew)
- Beam energy (Alexandre) chart (Eugene) Jay said yes this will settle down when the other halls come online again
- Run 111666 Trigger bit 1 histo empty
- Run 111666 BCAL bad fadchot stripe dead cell 510ish
- FDC fadc issue with raw mode readout from roc 53
The plan
- Make an access to replace the 2 bad fadcs - BCAL N1-3-MID slot 4 and ROCFDC3 (rocid 53) slot 10.
- Continue production running at 200nA with empty target until further notice. 1.2B triggers as of Tues 7:30am

Monday Nov 28
The plan
- Continue production running at 200nA with a full target until Monday daytime
- Plans from MCC: A off for 24h, B down, C doing target change until Wed swing probably
- Note that MCC will be doing operator training during owl shifts until Dec 2
Achievements
- Production running with full target, 15B triggers this cycle (Monday 8am)
- Filled the target on Wednesday morning after approximately 2B triggers with empty target.
- Raw mode cosmics run 111571 (Beni)
- FCAL base changed (Malte)
- Several locked up FCAL bases reset Wed early riser Wed day Fri early riser
- The top alcohol bubbler has been filled.
- The empty Ar cylinder has been swapped out.
Issues
- CCAL alpha trigger missing since 111646 from HistMacro_Trigger_PrimEx
- Reconstructed Beam Energy monitoring plot discrepancy in recent runs (Drew)
- No beam for ~2h Saturday with vacuum issue, ~1h with trips in swing shift. Also see the drama section.
- The CH kitchen light switches off automatically but does not switch on automatically, is it supposed to? Better to switch it off on exit. Aha, the sensor is in the entrance foyer between the 2 sets of doors.
Drama (closed issues)
- Wednesday pm - cooling water outage summary and more stripcharts. We lost about 2h beam-time time fixing problems and waiting for the target to refill; it was another 2h before the BCAL chiller temps returned to normal.
- Monday 1am - NFS disk errors caused multiple DAQ problems. Sergey was called in.
- Monday 2:30am CCAL HV unit D2-8_MID lost communication, reported 0 V restored after access to reboot
