- 1mm al window ok for collimator exit of target?
- Beryllium sealing - ongoing discussions with RadCon
- Existing 5cm lead and 1cm steel at collimator exit wall ok
- 10 cm lead at both walls inside collimator cave
- 10 cm distance from beryllium target to downstream vacuum window of.
- Remove PS vacuum chamber and put in 6cm beampipe
- 5 mm gap between beryllium and tungsten so heat does not transfer
Minutes
- Calcs for heating of Tungsten and Beryllium not completed yet - Igor to email Johan
- Eugene asked about temperature sensors - Mark had some suggestions -need rad hard and put on copper plates
- Is 1mm aluminum window at exit of target ok? Should be
