- Schedule, reporting, and manpower (Elton)
- SiPM production testing (everyone)
- One electronics board is ready. Carl will pick it up and install. Chris will assemble the other three shortly
- Chris has the cable to connect to bias power supply. Carl can also pick that one up
- Testing of light uniformity is done, a calibration is still needed.
- Yi is working with computer center to establish communication with PS. All other devices are connected.
- Can start checking testing station next week.
- Mechanical assembly (Scot)
- Scot will be back (limited mobility) next week.
- Can start testing gluing procedure next week when fixture is repaired.
- Plan is to glue in the ESB, where all modules will be equipped with light guides and readout electronics.
- Mechanical (Jim)
- Mechanical parts ordered. Cooling plate is being modified to ease installation of cooling tube.
- Pins ordered to fix light guide gluing fixture.
- Mechanical drawings (Chuck)
- Temperature compensation (Jack)
- Still needs to send values of trim resistors to Chris.
- Preamp-summing (Fernando/Chris)
- Revised board with correct standoff holes is ready for checking by Fernando
- Will send out to fab as soon as ready
- Expect to have operational boards by third week in Feb.
- SiPM testing (Ivan)
- Laser has been installed in the lab. Waiting on LSOP from Fernando to power up and use.
- Should start timing measurements with laser next week.
