Automated Timing Calibrations
The following timing calibrations were performed using the HLDetectorTiming plugin. The table below lists the run used for calibrations, along with the runs that set of calibrations have been applied to. The following constants are affected by these calibrations:
CDC/FDC Base time offset
TAGM/TAGH Base time offset, per-channel ADC/TDC times
BCAL Base time offset, per-channel TDC time
FCAL Base time offset
SC Base time offset, per-channel ADC/TDC times
TOF Base time offset, per-channel ADC time
Some timing calibrations are in place for runs 1500-1800, but since the tagger times were not in the readout window for many of these runs, they are excluded from the most recent calibration. Some of these runs may still be useful for some detector studies, but otherwise will not be updated in the future.
A few talks on the procedure and some results can be found here:

Fall 2014 Calibration runs
During the fall run period, no RF signal was available. the SC is used as a reference for the overall experiment timing.
