Is this still up to date? For example, following the instructions under Script Location at JLab from ifarm I get
/group/halld/Software/build_scripts/osrelease.pl Linux_CentOS6-x86_64-gcc4.4.7
But versions seem to stop at version 1.10, although we are already at 2.6.
ifarm1401 sim-recon : pwd /u/group/halld/Software/builds/Linux_CentOS6-x86_64-gcc4.4.7/sim-recon ifarm1401 sim-recon : pwd /u/group/halld/Software/builds/Linux_CentOS6-x86_64-gcc4.4.7/sim-recon ifarm1401 sim-recon : ls 1.10.0 1.11.0 1.11.1.tar.gz 1.9.0 prod 1.10.0.tar.gz 1.11.0.tar.gz 1.8.0.tar.gz 1.9.0.tar.gz ifarm1401 sim-recon :
only old versions?
Joerg,
The reason that there are only old versions there is that we stopped building the sim-recon with gcc 4.4.7 some time ago. On the ifarm, you must use 4.9.2. The setup to get that version is not intuitively obvious, but can be found in /group/halld/Software/gluex_env_jlab.(c)sh. I have tried to capture all of the local tricks in that script.

Followup
I just stumbled across this page again and came here to start a discussion. I see that I already did this some years ago. So, should I flag this page at least as obsolete?
Response to Followup
I think you are right. Time to deprecate this page. I will take care of that.
