GlueX Spring 2025 Collaboration Meeting

May 13-15, 2025 Hybrid

The GlueX Collaboration Meeting will be held jointly online and in person at Jefferson Lab. The meeting will be held in CEBAF Center F113.

Registration

Everyone participating in the collaboration meeting is required to register at the Registration Page. There is a registration fee of $60 for those attending in person at Jefferson Lab. There is no fee for remote participants.

Special Event

A Software Tutorial on the GlueX Software and Analysis framework will be held on Monday, May 12 in CEBAF Center F113.

Agenda

The agenda is under development. We anticipate beginning at 9 AM on Tuesday, May 13, and concluding the session on May 15 in the afternoon in advance of the Jefferson Lab Run-Around that will be onsite.
