Database setup
- Run msqld & and watch for error msgs (disconnects etc)
- cedit
- Open database (open existing database)
- Open... to open existing run config
- New... to copy above to new config
- Save... save to new name (save as did not work for me).
- dbedit
- check values were imported into database correctly.
- make sure readout list filenames are correct
- Readout files...
- ours are in coda/2.5/extensions/adc125lib/vxworks
- edit the crl files
- compile with makelist filename.crl ppc
