- Preparation of parts for ECAL modules -- Sasha
- Crystals:
- - Received all crystals from CRYTUR [1].
- - Spare crystals
- Received all long signal cables from the first order (1200). Received 450 short signal cables
- Procurement parts for the LMS:
- - Waiting for 7,600 ft of optical fibers (August/September)
- Crystals:
- Module fabrication -- Sasha
- All modules have been fabricated, proceed with the final inventorization (about 1610 modules in total)
- Ongoing projects -- Sasha, all
- Visual inspections of fabricated modules [2] - done
- Tested, labeled, and bundled 53 bundles (out of 100) of signal cables connected from the flash ADC to the patch panel [3]
- Removing signal cables from the FCAL and rearranging signal cables in the hall [4] [5]
- - 400 signal cables removed, need to re-label and bundle
- - all cables have been re-arranged, two VXS crates can be removed (will be used by the ECAL)
- Cutting optical fibers (800 fibers have been cut), gluing plastic caps (380 recently glued)[6]

- Test fabricated modules using LMS
- Testing of PMT dividers -- Sasha / Vlad
- All dividers have been ordered; will send all electronics components to the company to fabricate dividers on Monday next week (Chris)
