1. I would call it "statistical significance" rather than "statistical sensitivity". "Sensitivity" means something else to me.
2. You should state right at the outset that FOM $\propto 1/({\rm {running\ time)}}$ for fixed statistical significance. The definition of FOM is only mentioned at the end of the last bullet almost as an aside.
