During week 6, we transitioned from commissioning to production mode. During the first two days, the beam was down most of the time. When we finally received beam, we noticed that the main trigger was missing due to a faulty channel in the FCAL FADC. This FADC module was swapped. The shift crews had to relearn the diamond sequence, including how to switch between different diamond orientations and how to transition between diamond and AMO. In the process of relearning, some mistakes were made. These mistakes were not only due to crew members being out of practice, but also a result of sub-optimal instructions from the experts. We also had an issue with the beam dump of the Al-pipe water-flow power supply which needed to be replaced.
