Meeting Time and Place

The meeting will be on Wednesday August 30, 2017 at 11:15am EDT. For those people at Jefferson Lab, the meeting will be in room F326.

  4. Upon connection all microphones are automatically muted. To unmute your mike on a Polycom or equivalent unit, enter *4. Unmuting on a computer is trivial as there is a microphone button than can be clicked.

  • GlueX Collaboration Meeting, October 12-14, 2017.
  • Starting in September, Bi-weekly and Physics Meetings will shift to Tuesdays at 11:15am.

The Fall 2017 Runs

  • Expected dates early Desember 4 to ~December 17
  • Winter 2018 will be January 11 to March 22.
  • The Shift Schedule is now up.
  • Outside run coordinators from CMU, UConn & MIT so far (4-6 week coverage of ~12 weeks).
