1. Collaboration Meeting
   • Talks by Sean (overview) and Simon (tracking) are scheduled; need to ask the calorimetry and TOF people if they would like to present anything, or maybe have an open discussion on requirements for calibration
2. Status Update
   • Beni mentioned that we should add the trigger latency to the calibration tables for the drift chambers, and Simon needs to add de/dx.
3. Tracking
   • Naomi will devise a plan to correct drift time & distance tables for varying B field.
   • CDC discussion is now included in the weekly FDC meetings
4. Simulations and Calibrations
   • Eugene: FCAL calibration strategy needs discussion
