    1. Contract completion
      • All purchases for contract completed
      • Remaining materials prepared at IU for dark box have been shipped and probably received at JLab last week
      • Finishing construction of the labyrinth
      • Closeout of contract expected for the end of August. Elton will contact Matt when August bill is submitted to verify contract completion.
      • Interlock system completed, but programing awaiting interfacing with David Butler.
    2. Next project
      • Local setup of beam test prototype at IU with functional DAQ and Flash-250 readout
      • Study energy deposition from cosmics. Interest for triggering and pion polarizability experiment
    3. HDList tasks list for Fcal.
      • We will be required to start task lists using HDList for the Fcal (and all other collaboration installed detectors).
