3. Installation schedule discussion:
   • Requirements for mechanical install of optical box: Aug 10 installation schedule
     • Ernie to deliver on Sunday evening, August 12

     • Goals:
       • Test water tightness of optical box and interface with bar boxes
       • Flow water through full system and establish controls, N2 purge, etc.

4. Mirror box laser alignment
   • Update on geometry and laser projections, utilize Optical Box cradle (Bill/Stephanie)
5. Cabling and DAQ integration
   • Cabling progressing (Tim, Fernando)
   • Sasha successfully read out SSP in DIRC crate with production DAQ, next install FPGA module for further testing
   • When data available from FPGA, EVIO parser can be written and translation table developed
6. Simulation studies (Maria and Roman)
   • Finalizing DIRC "as-build" geometry: support frames, etc. (Yunjie, Maria)
   • Documentation of LUT algorithm and time-based algorithm by Maria
   • Implementation of reconstruction in halld_recon library underway (Justin)
7. MAPMT testing (Bill and Andrew)
   • Magnetic field tests underway this week

9. Reminder: Addressing ERR review recommendations
   • Recommendations pertaining to Fall 2018 DIRC commissioning should be addressed by August 20 (close of Hall D for beam)
