## Communications: Regina is using ReadyTalk while a solution is being sought to replace our dead Polycom.  Zisis had trouble projecting the Regina video - it did so for a few seconds, before ReadyTalk shut it down.  David tried to promote Zisis to a "Presenter".  This took 3-5 minutes of loading Java tools to Zisis' machine.  David though the system hung and restarted it, cutting Regina off.  We'll try this again next time.

## Software Review: This is planned for Nov 24.  David will present the progress in the BCAL reconstruction, among other things.  He will solicit info from Will, Andrei and Irina.

## Next Online data challenge: Elliot is planning to read data from crate all the way to tape silo.  The current BCAL histos are not realistic.  It does not appear urgent to update these and perhaps it is more efficient to do so after the BCAL Calibration procedure gets underway -- the first ideas on this will be presented during the Nov 5 CALWG meeting.

## Next Offline data challenge: Curtis is planning something for December.
