Action Items

  1. Reconstruction code
    1. Sampling fraction tables
    2. Shower curvature tables: compare KLOE to IU codes: check gap in cluster handling between codes.
    3. time-walk: check fits, decide on 1 or 2 iterations)
    4. timing: extracted from F1TDC and compared to fADC
    5. z-coordinate determination from up/down amplitude ratio
    6. set variable “failures” to a number other than zero (e.g. -9999 or similar)
    7. comb code for constants to be pulled out into a database

Agenda

  1. Announcements
  2. Action Items
  3. Updates
  4. Any other business

Minutes

Attendees: David (JLab), Will (CMU), Tegan, Andrei, Zisis (Regina)

  1. Announcements:
    1. Zisis gave a summary on the upcoming beam plans and shift scheduler, as reported in this week's Hall D meeting.
    2. One of the new Regina grad students got her visa and will arrive in Regina on Aug. 31. The other student is still waiting for his visa.
  2. Action Items: these will be tackled in due time. Tegan is working on the timing (time walk) code. He will circulate his code, so that he and Mark Dalton can coordinate efforts on this front.
  3. Updates: (Tegan)
    1. Software: the automatic script installation of software provided by Mark Ito failed in trying to install the GlueX software on Tegan's desktop (Scientific Linux 6). Tegan had (in part manually) managed to get the software installed and working (simulations produce reasonable results), and the effort was to automate the scripts, so that the new Regina students could use them 'out of the box'
  4. Any other business
