Work scope and Constraints

Darkening the bar box in-situ. No use of RTV.

Work Guide lines

  • Skin over the honeycomb structure is incredibly thin, finger pressure alone will leave marks.
  • No shape edges near the box.
  • Caution when tape or removing the tape, as gentle and as slow as possible.
  • All tools (Tape and scissors) must be strapped or tied around the operator around the neck or waist to prevent dropping on on the box.
  • Safety net or cover around the bottom box when operating on the top box.

    3. Repeat the rest of the procedure for darkening the lower boxes.
