CCDB Author List Maintenance

All users with a JLab account and membership in the "halld" group have write access to the CCDB. Write actions must be initiated from a node within the jlab.org domain.
The CCDB keeps a list of valid authors in an internal table. That table is updated at midnight with the current members of the halld group via a cronjob. The job runs as user gluex on jlabl5.jlab.org. The script is /home/gluex/bin/ccdb_update_users.sh.
