Possible clues from an earlier run
ch0:attenuated coincidence signal, ch1: attenuated discriminator signal from upper scint, ch2: atten discriminator signal from lower scint. Their shapes look a bit odd because of the flash's shaping.
NB apart from during the pulse itself, the logic signal level usually varies by less than +/- 1 adc unit
