Check Prototype MWPC under realistic beam conditions

- The MWPC prototype was suspended from the stairs on the downstream end of the forward platform with the center on beamline. The chamber was in during most of the spring run through May, at least is seems so from the log entries in the HDFWPC log book. I cannot find a record of when it was actually moved down out of the beam.

- The main results of the test were that we see considerable baseline noise. Changes to the grounding and shielding are being made to production chambers based on these studies.
