Budget - Continuing resolution 90% of last years monthly charges
Accelerator Status - Run through Dec 19, 6am, start up Jan 10, 2020- May 2020, down until Jan 2021

What needs to be done in the meantime?
- Dec 9-13 Move GEM 2 more times (Solenoid at 1350A)
- Dec 10 Install BR Crystal testing station and check out PS magnet
- Dec 18 Ramp down Solenoid? and Separate FCAL platform and Install Halo Shield on TOF
- Dec 19 Remove GEM from DIRC Platform and install BL DS of PS
- Dec 20 Prepare Hall for vacation
- Jan 7-10 Couple FCAL platform and prepare Hall for beam (some subset of HCO TBD)
- Continue FCAL Insert Design (Keith H)
- Start CPP Design Media:CPP_Concept.pdf
