Requirements and things to finalize

    • Cool tungsten plug to below temperature that affects lead (327°C)
    • 5 cm beam tube through sweep magnet and 6 cm to final target
    • Moveable out of beamline
    • Be 90% pure or better (price same for 98% pure)
    • Steel standoffs in bottom poly sheet
    • 1mm al window ok for collimator exit of target
    • Beryllium sealing - ongoing discussions with RadCon
    • Existing 5cm lead and 1cm steel at collimator exit wall ok
    • 10 cm lead at both walls inside collimator cave
    • 10 cm distance from beryllium target to downstream vacuum window of.
    • Remove PS vacuum chamber and put in 6cm beampipe
    • 5 mm gap between beryllium and tungsten so heat does not transfer
