  1. Announcements
  2. Status Update
    • Mark, Dmitry, and Sean added some of the CDC tables to make sure that everything is working properly. Sean is working on adding more of the tables that have been agreed upon.
    • There was some discussion about CCDB generalities. The main DB uses MySQL; an sqlite version is also available, which should be generated on a regular basis. There is a command line and web interface. There is no permissions control on the database, other than requiring to be logged in from a JLab account, but the variations feature gives users the ability to have their own working copies and allows stable sets to be "officially" tagged, so that should be (hopefully) sufficient. Guidelines will be drawn up, but Mark emphasized that at this point there is ample freedom for experimentation.
  3. Tracking
    • Further work on alignment constants for the FDC packages will require more experience with them. It was agreed to break up the other constants by FDC package.
  4. Calorimetry
    • Zisis presented a first draft of the constants used for conditions monitoring and calibrations. Constants from various types of data (cosmics, pulser, physics, etc.) are stored as an intermediate step towards determining the final constants that will be applied at reconstruction time.
    • The constants needed for the reconstruction and simulation will be discussed at a meeting of the BCAL reconstruction group.
    • The initial FCAL tables are ready to be added to the CCDB.
  5. Other systems
    • A preliminary draft of the TOF tables is being circulated.
    • There was a discussion of calibrations at the last start counter meeting. A list of constants was identified, but parameterizations for many of them need further study.
