Participants: Naomi, Curtis, Tim, Beni, Mark,.... tried to connect but could not, so made do with a phone conversation and minutes contributed separately.

CDC Update
There are 1378 wires still to be strung. We are completing row 8 and moving onto row 12, which is the last in the first pair of stereo blocks.
We expect to finish stringing in early February.
The soldering is as difficult as expected and practice is critical. We do not have many spare transition boards to practice with, so we have asked Fernando if we can get some additional boards made.
We will try to set up a meeting in the near future to review the list of remaining parts for the CDC to ensure that we will have everything ready to move into the next phase.
