I have attached 3 links to some PS that might fill your needs. The first two, I have direct experience with...I have used these vendor's supplies at JLAB. The third one I found while searching the web and have no knowledge of the supply or vendor. A 3-5 kW supply with controls will cost between 3-6 k$ depending what you buy and the features/options you add. All three of these vendors have supplies within the range in which you are looking and can be ordered with various remote interfaces. You can request quotes from each vendor. Hope this helps.
