At a meeting on March 24, we decided to leave the PMTs for TOF alone for the next run and to continue studies of the new divider design from Vladimir Popov. The decision was based on the relatively stable performance of the tubes during the Spring run. In attendance were Brad Cannon, Tom Carstens, Eugene Chudakov, Josh Foyles, Mark, Sasha, and Tim Whitlatch.
