Conversion to C++

Not many with knowledge of Hall C apparatus/Fortran analyzer and proficiency in in ROOT/C++. This is a concern for development, but not use and maintenance of C++ analyzer.

Raw data handling

Handling data with multiple hit TDCs and flash ADCs will require changes to existing algorithms.

Decoding multievent block data. (Pipelined electronics)

Neither of these should be a problem for the first few runs as electronics will legacy electronics, or new electronics operated in legacy mode.
