  • Sasha will work with Jane to get Wuhan contract going
    • Sole source, need statement of work
  • Phil Cole submitted a NSF grant proposal in December
    • Pending funding, seeks to join GlueX collaboration, would be able to provide undergraduate students.
      • Plan is one student for Hall B, one for Hall D
      • Idea is to give the students hardware experience (Lamar U. has limited lab facilities on site)
    • Told students about SULI (summer program) -- this is a source of funding that is independent of the grant
    • Also JLab can provide some support for students
  • Zisis asked for task list (with assignments of level of worker) -- this should help Phil.
    • Has lab facilities in Regina, some work can be done there
  • MRI proposal
    • some pictures/descriptions of the equipment were provided by Josh
    • Liping in contact with E. Passemar on quark mass ratio theory contribution
    • Phil and Zisis can contribute some blurbs about student participation in the project
    • Impact on main GlueX program still needed
  • 12 crystal modules have been installed in the Hall on one of the PS arms.
