Revision as of 09:21, 21 February 2022

Meeting time and location

  • 9:30 am EST (JLab time) remote only
  • Zoom meeting ID: 161 050 9142 Passcode: 004965

Agenda

  • Preparation for mass production of FCAL2 modules -- Sasha
    • got 6 more fixtures from NPS to preshape ESR. 16 fixtures can be loaded to the oven now. Expected DSG production rate: up to 80 foils per week
      • Regular meeting with the DSG group during next week. Try to coordinate crystal wrapping.
    • Arshak and Sasha are working on preparing supplies.
      • Silicon cookies
      • Light guides
      • Matching PMT housing and mu-metal cylinders (sorting out cylinder by the diameter). Some housing/cylinders are tight. Had a meeting with Tim regarding 'machining' the hole in the PMT housing.
    • Igal is cutting Kapton, ESR (for LG), and mu-metal
    • Chris A. continues brazing brass straps; we are running short with them (Chris is involved in the CPP installation). Trying to get him more involved, discussing with Tim and Mark.
    • Olga is planning to be in the lab on Monday next week (we'll work together on silicon cookies and checking PMT diameters). The loan agreement with the GWU is in preparation.
    • The DAQ setup in TEDF is restored. It was used in tests before.
  • Module fabrication -- Sasha
  • Light Monitoring System
  • COMCAL tests, TAC running, etc.
  • Data analysis
  • Simulations
