    • All 100 Bcal boards are completed
    • Nice population board by Stratos. Extras for Athens as spares
    • Packing and getting ready for shipping
    • Strips will be shipped in groups of 24 strings
    • Bcal project will be completed after shipment
    • Fcal report will be given next week at the Cal Working group meeting
    • Elton and Christine will work out shipping details offline.
  4. Update from USM
    1. Light guide shipment
      • Elton suggests that the packing of light guides be reviewed and improved.
      • Light guide gluing procedures should start in about a week
      • Light guide dimensions need to be checked to ensure that there will be no mechanical interferences
      • Will: Iñaki claims that a precise measurement could be done with the new measurement device. Not clear if these are being done systematically.
    2. File:MPPC-Report.pdf, Alam.
      • 20 "bad" MPPCs have been broken down according to problems
      • 17 are scratched. They will be remeasured to see how the scratches affect performance. If necessary, the scratches may be filled by adding the same epoxy used by Hamamatsu.
      • Recent photos of scratched SiPMs will be uploaded to the data base.
      • Francisco reported (through Will) that the last 360 units are still being held in customs in Santiago requesting some storage fees. Should get resolved by next week.
    3. File:Parrameter 1.2 over bdv v4.pdf, Orlando.
      • Summary of measurements at 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 above threshold were reported at three temperatures.
      • Note added 1/10/12: The histograms were created for 1769 SiPMs.
      • Zisis: Suggests that the data be summarized and submitted to NIM
      • Orlando: Gain vs voltage for all MPPCs can be used to extract the capacitance. He will submit a histogram of capacitances to add to the minutes
      • Note added 1/10/12: Histogram of capacitances per pixel is shown in Capacitance temperature. The capacitance of the array is 3600x16 times larger.

    • Andrei and Irina have completed most of the simulations for sampling
    • Andrei is working on understanding the cells with little energy deposited.

    • Zisis: NIM paper on fibers was submitted to NIM on Dec 18
    • Shaun will come to Jlab in a couple of weeks and will help support work on testing calorimeter modules after gluing.
