    • Design drawings and PMT mounting update (Ernie and Jason)
      • Questions to drawing package: STEP file
        • The weld callout for the 1/8 inch plate to the frame calls for a 25mm fillet (see attached). Is this true?
          • Ernie: It is supposed to be a 2 mm weld, every 25 mm. Let me look at the drawing and see if there is a mistake.
        • What is the fillet weld size on the inside of frame (opposite the seam weld)?
          • Ernie: We are going to review this one more time before we supply an answer.
    • When should we expect to have a prototype of the “red bracket” to test the PMT mounting?
      • This will help in coordinating travel and when we’ll need to loan you a PMT/electronics board module from JLab for these tests.
    • Presentation on assembly sequence (Ernie and Jason)
    • Simulation studies: hit patterns (Maria and Roman)
  5. MAPMT testing (Bill)
  6. AOB
