Action Items
- Permanent Magnet chambers reworked/leak check chambers
- Remove vacuum chamber and build/install new
- Need to make sure access to BCAL wedges in ESB (Tom)
- Block up existing BCAL boxes
- Move coils 1 and 4 to Hall D
