  • Drew/Josh will take a look at the FCAL channels Ilya pointed out with suspicious gains (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3665439). If voltages can be increased for those channels with high gain factors we will try to adjust them accordingly.

Tuesday, March 12

  • We will need to coordinate TAC run with empty target runs and Hall-C downtime (this Sunday morning)
  • Distributions need to make:
    • Number of accidentals in tagger for window around +/- 1 GeV
    • Accidentals in CCAL for monitoring compton
  • Should add FCAL inv mass monitoring plots to online monitoring routine

Wednesday, March 13

  • Liping's simulation verifying that the shift we see in the CCAL compton distribution is due to the 6 mm shift of FCAL: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3667347
  • One thing we'll need to consider is how to handle the inconsistent channels in the FCAL. Some channels are known to drop in HV and recover on their own
