##Lubomir presented the latest installation schedule for the FDC.  Some spikes in manpower (where not enough people were available or only a few people can be on the platform working on a task) had been spread out, resulting in the installation finishing  several months later than previously thought (from November to January).  This gives considerably shortened time for CDC installation and commissioning; the no cost extension for the CDC work will need further extension.
