  1. FDC Update
    1. Package #2 moved to JLab for testing on Friday. Beni already started taking data: first cell has no problems.
    2. Package #1 moved to Blue Crab after testing showed some gas leakage; turned out to be a tube connector on the spacer ring and was fixed.
    3. Package #3 that had problems with one HV sector on the bottom cell, was opened from the bottom side. A small hair/lint was fond on a wire in this sector. The package was closed and will be tested soon.
  2. CDC Update
    1. The gas mixer MFCs were exchanged for larger capacity models and the CDC now has 50/50 Ar/CO2 flowing through at 1100sccm (one chamber volume per day) and exhausting through 6 bubblers into a fume hood.
    2. Gary added another rubber support at each corner of the support rail.
    3. We are preparing to move the DAQ electronics in.
    4. We still need diagrams for the HV mounting blocks and some idea of the weight they would have to support. Lubomir and Beni will send these.
  3. Installation Details
    1. Lubomir presented the latest installation schedule for the FDC. Some spikes in manpower (where not enough people were available or only a few people can be on the platform working on a task) had been spread out, resulting in the installation finishing several months later than previously thought (from November to January). This gives considerably shortened time for CDC installation and commissioning; the no cost extension for the CDC work will need further extension.
    2. We tried to identify tasks which might benefit from extra personnel. CMU's first-year grad students would be available in June/July. For each of the following, would extra people help to complete the task earlier...
      1. BCAL installation
      2. labelling and bundling the FDC cables
      3. testing the HV and LV units
      4. cable tray installation?
    3. When would the HV and LV crates be available?
    4. When would sufficient fadc125 be available for testing with the FDC? June?
